Worldwide export: how we ship chinchillas safely
Since 2015 we have exported to three continents: Europe, the United States and Asia (including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan). Every shipment uses an IATA-certified carrier, access to water and food, and full veterinary and export documentation in compliance with IPATA.
Exporting chinchillas requires not only healthy animals but also well-planned logistics from the airport to the buyer's pickup point. Chinchilla Poland Apophis works with qualified forwarders who know IATA requirements for live animals.
Animals travel in carriers that meet the current IATA standard, with access to water and feed appropriate for the flight route and transfer time.
Documentation covers health, microchip (when required), customs and export papers for the destination country, and when needed coordination with receiving agents in line with IPATA guidelines.
Each destination has a different preparation schedule and separate control deadlines and outbound documents. Direct contact makes it possible to estimate the real cost and minimum lead time while maintaining animal welfare.
