Which countries do you ship to?

We regularly ship to Germany, the Netherlands, France, the Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, the United Kingdom (Europe), the USA, and Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan (Asia), among others. We confirm availability for a specific country when you enquire.

What documents will I receive?

Every chinchilla leaves with a health certificate, an export certificate compliant with the destination country, IATA documentation, breeding information, and post-arrival care recommendations.

How long is the flight?

Within the EU, usually 1 to 5 days from order; to the USA often 1 to 3 days from departure on direct connections; to Asia 1 or 2 days of flight time. The schedule depends on the route and airline.

From selection to pickup

Exporting live animals involves many steps. We guide you through them transparently, from the first conversation to handover.

Selection

Contact, agreement on variety (Shorthair, Angora, Curly), colour, age, and purpose. We show individual animals with photos and documentation. Video call available.

Veterinary

Examination by a district veterinary officer, health certificate, export certificate, and documents for the destination country.

Flight

IATA-certified carrier, food and water. We work with specialist companies and the airlines listed below.

Pickup

Collection at the airport or at an agreed point, complete documentation, care instructions, and post-purchase contact.
